Tasting notes
Intense golden yellow colour. Floral aroma, refreshingly fruity with fine minerality. Medium body and a smooth aftertaste, with the characteristic Cortese flavour kept in front.
Pairs well with
Aperitif on its own; crustaceans and delicate fish dishes.
