Tasting notes
Ruby red tending to garnet. Elegant, vinous bouquet with delicate violet. Harmonious, balanced and properly dry, with a persistent taste of currant and almond.

Rich pasta dishes with meat sauce and the classic Piedmontese boiled meats (bollito)
