Red
Barolo
By Sylla Sebaste, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's classic Barolo, 100% Nebbiolo aged 36 months in large oak barrels. About 6,000 bottles are made.
Tasting notes
Ruby-garnet colour that turns orange with age. Bouquet of violet, rose and freshly picked fruit, evolving towards spice. The producer says it goes well with red meat dishes.
