Pajoré
By Sottimano, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
Barbaresco DOCG from the Pajoré cru north of Treiso, on soils of calcareous marl and clay.
Tasting notes
Spice and tobacco define the nose, while the palate returns savoury and saline notes with hints of cherry and mint. A generous structure with precise tannins; lingering fruit and balsamic notes stand out on the finish.
