Tasting notes
An abundance of aromas on the nose: red fruit, black cherry and light spice notes. On the palate the tannins are extremely velvety, balanced by Barbera's typical acidity.

- After a careful selection of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation happens spontaneously. Maceration on the skins is followed by malolactic fermentation, completed in wood.
