Tasting notes
Terroir and the high altitude of the vineyards give the wine spicy notes and real complexity. Crisp and vibrant, with sweet floral and red-fruit notes at its core alongside hints of rose petal; mint and liquorice come through on the palate, growing more persistent toward the finish.

- After a careful selection of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation happens spontaneously. Maceration on the skins is followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation, with ageing in barriques and large barrels.
