Tasting notes
Deep garnet red with brick-red highlights. Complex, persistent bouquet of spices and aromatic herbs, with cinchona bark, cinnamon and rhubarb. Generous and velvety, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Pairs well with
A digestive, even better with dark chocolate (70 to 80% cocoa)
