- Planting density 4,000 to 6,000 vines/ha; yield per vine 500 g; first vintage 1998; about 700 to 800 magnums of 1.5 l bottles produced
- Vinification
- Fermented in steel; aged 24 months in barriques (30% new, 70% used), 8 months in steel and 8 months in bottle. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation without added yeasts, lasting 10 to 30 days; malolactic in steel; wine moved to wood for ageing; not filtered; sulphites at bottling usually under half the legal limit.

- 15°C to 16°C; open the bottle 2-3 hours before serving if possible
