- Planting density 6,000 to 8,000 vines/ha; yield per vine 1 to 1.5 kg; first vintage 2001; about 10,000 to 12,000 bottles produced
- Vinification
- Fermented in steel; aged 12 months in tonneaux (30% new, 70% used), 8 months in steel and 25 hl casks. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation without added yeasts, lasting 10 to 30 days; malolactic in steel; wine moved to wood for ageing; not filtered; sulphites at bottling usually under half the legal limit.
