Estate Nebbiolo from 25 to 27 year old vines, aged in large Slavonian oak.
Tasting notes
Medium cherry-tinged ruby. Soft body and fresh, elegant scents of violets, berries, brambles, mint and a touch of black pepper on nose and palate. Can be drunk young or aged eight to ten years.
Pairs well with
Meat, cheese and cold meats, pasta with meaty or vegetarian sauces

- Manual harvest in crates, destemmed, four pump-overs a day in the first week, eight days of maceration. After racking and malolactic fermentation it stays 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels (12 months per the website). SQNPI certified.
