Fragrant, fresh Dolcetto d'Alba from vines between 19 and 48 years old, kept in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet hues, fresh and very fruity. Totally dry, rich and harmonious, with a lingering tangy almond note, over-ripe cherry, blackberry and floral or chocolate tones.
Pairs well with
Risotto and pasta with meat, liver or mushroom sauces, stewed and grilled meats or vegetables
