Smooth, fragrant and pleasantly tannic. Can be drunk young or left to age for ten to fifteen years.

- Vinification
- Manual harvest in crates, destemmed, four pump-overs a day in the first week, eight days of maceration. After racking and malolactic fermentation it is aged in French barriques of different ages (18 months in the 2018 data sheet, 24 months per the website).
