Tasting notes

Deep ruby with wide violet reflections. Fine, intense and clean on the nose, with fruit, a hint of jam and violet, and green notes at the end. Warm, structured, soft, slightly tannic and dry.

Pairs well with

Cured meats such as Salame Nobile del Giarolo, meat first courses, panissa, structured meat main courses, traditional dishes such as ragù.
