Brilliant ruby red with violet reflections. Fine, intense and vinous on the nose, with a faint green note. Balanced, soft and savoury on the palate, with good structure and a pleasant persistence.
Pairs well with
Cured meats, agnolotti, braised and boiled meats, tripe.
