Tasting notes
Intense ruby. Lingering, fruity fragrance with violet and ripe fruit, a spicy note, cherry and chocolate; good acidity, full-bodied and round.
Pairs well with
Ravioli, chicken, fowl, red meats, game, stews and medium-mature cheeses
