A Muscat passito from vines over 50 years old, dried on mats and aged over 2 years before release.
Tasting notes
Golden yellow to amber. Very intense aroma of candied fruit, honey, apricot jam, vanilla and musk; lightly sweet with body, acacia honey and dried fruit.
Pairs well with
Medium and mature cheeses, especially tangy and marbled ones; pastries, cakes, zabaglione, dried fruit, hazelnut
