Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden hues. Intense yellow fruit, citrus notes and flint on the nose. Long persistence on the palate with wax and honey notes and an iodine, salty finish.

Gnocchi with cheeses, stuffed calamari, hazelnut and nettle risotto
