Piemonte Moscato Passito made from dried Moscato Bianco grapes from the Giribaldi vineyard and the rented La Serra vineyard, aged about a year in barriques.
Tasting notes
Golden yellow with amber highlights; aromas of honey, raisins, jam and pineapple; velvety softness.
Pairs well with
Aged blue-veined cheese such as Gorgonzola, chocolate and dry pastries; also enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.

- Vineyard 'Giribaldi': 0.3 ha, 5,600 vines/ha, planted 2005, north-east facing. Rented vineyard La Serra: 0.8 ha, 7,500 vines/ha, ancient planting, south-west facing. Combined yield about 6 t/ha (18 hl/ha), from an old, highly exposed, very low-yield vineyard and a more recent vineyard with selected vines, chosen for grapes suited to over-ripening.
- Vinification
- Grapes dried (appassimento) for about two months in dry, well-ventilated rooms, then pressed; the must ferments in steel vats and oak casks. Aged about 12 months in barriques.
