Lightly sparkling, sweet Moscato Bianco from the Giribaldi vineyard, made for dessert or as an aperitivo.
Tasting notes
Yellow with golden highlights; typical bouquet with a pronounced musky aroma recalling ripe grapes; balanced flavour, sweet but not cloying, with the freshness given by its effervescence.
Pairs well with
Dry and fresh pastries, traditional Italian cakes and desserts from panettone to zabaglione, fresh fruit, ice cream, fresh cheeses.

- Vineyard planting
- Vineyard 'Giribaldi', 0.8 hectares, planted 2005, 5,600 vines/ha; yield about 90 q/ha (60 hl/ha). Made from recently planted vineyards on predominantly marl-limestone 'terra bianca' soil, well suited to the variety.
- Vinification
- Grapes pressed directly and very gently, giving a must rich in aroma precursors. Shortly before bottling the wine is put into an autoclave for partial refermentation of the sugars, giving it a pleasant light sparkle.
- Serving temperature
- Serve chilled, in large glasses.
