Red
Cannubi
By L'Astemia Pentita, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Barolo from the estate's vineyards in the lowest part of the Cannubi hill, where soils and south to south-east exposure give body, elegance and a tight tannic frame.
Tasting notes
Dry, elegant and silky, with a firm structure and soft tannins. Fresh red fruit on the nose, then ripe fruit, dried flowers and pleasant spicy, woody notes.
Pairs well with
Red meats, game, aged cheeses
