Viarì is a Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, first produced in 2019 from a south-facing plot in the municipality of Viarigi planted in 2015 and trained on espalier with Guyot pruning.

Tasting notes

Ruby red color with violet reflections, aromas of violets and geraniums with fruity notes of small red berries.

Vinification
Submerged-cap vinification with scheduled pumping over and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, yielding about 50 hectoliters per hectare. Aged in stainless steel and bottled in spring after cold stabilization.
