Bricco Battista is a Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG, first produced in 1989 and aged 12 to 18 months in 500-liter French oak tonneaux; it was awarded by Doctor Wine and Gambero Rosso for the 2015 vintage and 3 Bicchieri for the 2012 and 2013 vintages.

Tasting notes

Intense, elegant ruby color, with aromas of red berries, coffee and sweet tobacco, and a juicy, fresh finish.
