Blanc de Blancs is the estate's Metodo Classico sparkling wine, 100% Cortese, first produced in 2020 and aged a minimum of 36 months on the lees before disgorgement as extra brut; the 2020 vintage scored 91 points from James Suckling and was named a Top Hundred wine.

Tasting notes

Taut in body with good acidity and excellent sapidity, fine perlage, and a highly perfumed nose with fresh fruity notes.

Vinification
