Centenario is a Cabernet Sauvignon red created to mark the winery's 100th anniversary, first produced in 1995 and aged 18 to 24 months in oak tonneaux plus 12 months in bottle.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby color, aromas of tobacco, spice and minerals, full-bodied and built for long ageing.

Vinification
Traditional submerged-cap vinification with scheduled pumping over and spontaneous malolactic fermentation in 500-liter French oak tonneaux. Unfiltered and not cold-stabilized, aged 18 to 24 months in 500-liter oak tonneaux, bottled in summer and aged a further 12 months in bottle.
