Tasting notes
Bright garnet red. Ripe red fruit, raspberry and spicy notes, with sweet tannins balanced by the acidity.

- Vinification
- Maceration and fermentation 10 to 14 days in submerged-cap rotary fermenters, then spontaneous malolactic fermentation in steel. Aged 60 months in oak conical vats of 25 to 50 hl, bottled unfiltered, with 6 to 12 months more in bottle.
