A Monferrato DOC white fermented without selected yeasts and rested on fine lees for 30-50 days.
Tasting notes
Pale straw colour with yellow fruit aromas. Delicate on the palate with very good acidity.
Pairs well with
An aperitif and all-meal wine that pairs well with starters, fish dishes and white meat mains.

- Vinification
- Hand-harvested grapes are pressed soon after picking and fermented at about 15C without selected yeasts; after fermentation the wine rests on fine lees for 30-50 days, then clarifies by static decanting until end of winter and rests in steel tanks until spring bottling, followed by about a month of bottle ageing.
