Red
Bosco Donne
By Gianni Doglia, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
An easy-drinking Barbera d'Asti made to match traditional Piemontese cuisine.
Tasting notes
Purple-red colour with ripe red fruit aromas. Enveloping, persistent and intense on the palate, with the lively acidity typical of Barbera.
Pairs well with
Pairs easily with most Piemontese dishes, in particular knife-cut raw meat, agnolotti del plin with roast sauce, and beef braised in Barbera.

- Vinification
