Tasting notes
Visually: straw yellow colour with delicate pink hues and a fine, elegant perlage. Olfactory: an extraordinarily intense, wide and complex bouquet; yeasty notes joined by spiced fragrances and citrus nuances, enriched with dried fruit and acacia honey, and pronounced minerality. Flavour: strikingly vibrant intensity, with remarkable concentration balanced by freshness and a savoury taste, giving an exceptionally long, harmonious finish.
