Tasting notes
Visually: bright red colour. Olfactory: fresh on the nose, with vegetal notes giving way to a range of flowers and berries recalling violet, rose and wild berries, followed by mineral notes. Flavour: pleasant and balanced, with a savoury note and a pleasant freshness.
