Visually: straw yellow colour with delicate golden hues and a fine, elegant perlage. Olfactory: a spectacularly complex bouquet ranging from fruity to mineral and toasted notes, with intriguing hints of acacia honey. Flavour: sumptuous, framed by cutting savouriness and vibrant citrus freshness, with a persistent, exquisitely almond finish and an enveloping, majestic close.
