Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet highlights. Intense, complex nose rich in red fruit, spicy notes, cherry and sour cherries in spirit. Velvety, harmonious and fresh, with vibrant acidity and a grand finish; significant structure and great persistence.

Roasts, boiled meats, game, and blue, aged or spicy cheeses
