Tasting notes
Intense purple red with violet reflections. Supple body and fruity texture, vinous notes and hints of freshly ripe berries. Balanced, with excellent acidity and a savory finish.

- Manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration at low temperature on the skins for about 14 days with daily pump-overs and délestage. Aged in 50 hl Austrian oak barrels for about three months, then further in bottle before release.
