Tasting notes
Bright ruby red. Aromas of wild rose and wild strawberries evolving into pink pepper. Agile and vibrant, with persistent fruit and ultra-fine, saline tannins on the finish.

Aperitifs with cured meats and Bra sausage, agnolotti del plin, oven-baked turbot with potatoes

- Manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration at low temperature on the skins for about 25 days with pump-overs and délestage. Aged in 25 and 50 hl oak casks for about 12 months, then further in bottle before release.
