Tasting notes
Bright garnet red. Aromas of strawberry, cherry, red fruit, rose, violet, licorice and balsamic notes. Powerful, with delicate and elegant tannins.

- Vinification
- Manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration for about 35 days with pump-overs and délestage, the cap submerged for the last 15 days. Aged in 25, 35, 40 or 50 hl Austrian oak barrels for 18 to 30 months, then further in bottle before release.
