Red
Cerretta Riserva
By Garesio, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Riserva from the Cerretta MGA; the estate made it in the 2016 vintage and describes it as complex and long-lived.
Tasting notes
Bright garnet red. Hints of rose and geranium, white pepper and wild berries, a broad and complex aromatic spectrum. Majestic yet balanced on the palate, with luscious, vibrant tannins and an exceptionally long, mineral finish.
Pairs well with
Cheese fondue with white truffle, filet Rossini, venison medallions with hazelnuts
