Langhe Chardonnay from younger La Morra vines, fermented entirely in steel and aged on its lees with batonnage. About 3,000 bottles produced.

- About 5,000 vines per hectare, Guyot-trained with medium-short pruning of 8 to 10 buds; thinned to reduce yield per vine by about 20%.
- Vinification
- The harvested grapes rest a few days in cold storage at 0°C, then are gently pressed in temperature-controlled steel tanks and macerate for 24 hours; after pressing and cold settling the must ferments spontaneously at 15°C in the temperature-controlled tanks. The wine ages on its lees with batonnage for 2 to 4 months, then rests a further 2 to 4 months in bottle after bottling.
