Moscato d'Asti from Castiglione Tinella, fermentation stopped by repeated filtration at 5% alcohol to keep its natural sweetness. About 3,000 bottles produced.
Tasting notes
This Moscato d'Asti DUSS shimmers with a pale gold color and offers an effervescent bouquet of orange blossom, peach, and honey. The palate is delightfully sweet and lightly sparkling, with a refreshing fruitiness and a delicate finish.

- About 5,000 vines per hectare, Guyot-trained with medium-short pruning of 8 to 10 buds.
- Vinification
- The harvested grapes are gently pressed and the must, after slow cold settling in temperature-controlled steel tanks, begins fermenting spontaneously at 4 to 5°C. Once fermentation reaches 5% alcohol by volume, the wine is filtered repeatedly to sterility, then bottled and released.
