Langhe Rosato from newly planted Nebbiolo vines, picked early and given a brief 18-hour skin contact before a spontaneous steel fermentation. About 3,000 bottles produced.
Tasting notes
The Langhe Rosato 'In Rosa' displays a delicate pale pink color, with an inviting nose of red berries and floral undertones. On the palate, it is vibrant and dry, showcasing bright fruit flavors and a refreshing acidity.

- About 5,500 vines per hectare, Guyot-trained with medium-short pruning of 7 to 8 buds.
- Vinification
- The grapes are picked ahead of full ripeness and chilled to 0°C; they are gently pressed in temperature-controlled steel tanks where they rest about 18 hours without being moved. After draining, the must ferments spontaneously in steel tanks. The wine ages 4 to 6 months in steel, then rests a further 4 to 6 months in bottle after bottling.
