Tasting notes
Golden yellow with greenish highlights, a delicate and very persistent bouquet recalling tomato leaf with notes of white peach. Dry, pleasant, harmonious and full-bodied on the palate.
Pairs well with
Excellent with fish, seafood starters and light starters generally, with first courses (pasta and risotto) and any dish with fish-based sauces.
