DI.VINO, a Monferrato Rosso DOC blend of Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon from estate vineyards in San Marzano Oliveto planted in 1987 and 1995.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with violet highlights. Intense nose of dried fruit and red berry jam with a light alcoholic note. Intense, full-bodied, harmonious and off-dry on the palate, with very ripe red fruit.
Pairs well with
All types of game, robust meat dishes and medium to well-aged cheeses, including blue cheeses.

- Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are thinned in summer, picked late and dried in small crates for about a month to concentrate sugars; fermented for at least 15 days with skin contact, then blended with Barbera and matured in small oak barrels for about 6 months, followed by a few months' ageing in bottle.
