DI.VINO Bianco, a Monferrato Bianco DOC blend of equal parts Cortese, Favorita and Chardonnay from estate vineyards in San Marzano Oliveto planted in 1985.
Tasting notes
Light yellow with greenish highlights; aromas of freshly baked bread and fresh fruit. Savoury and fruity on the palate with complex, elegant vanilla notes.
Pairs well with
Shellfish, starters, and chicken and veal dishes.
