Red
Sul Bric
By Franco M. Martinetti, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
In Piemontese dialect, sul bric means on the edge of a ravine, or on top of a wild hill. Sul Bric blends old-vine Barbera with Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting notes
Purple red fading to a soft violet; a rich, intense, spicy nose where the deft use of oak has blended the aromas of Cabernet and Barbera. Full, round and savoury on the palate, with velvety power and a long, pleasant finish.
Pairs well with
A wine of supreme elegance for red meats and furred game, and above all a wine of seduction, to offer the person you would like to seduce.
