White
Martin
By Franco M. Martinetti, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
Timorasso is an ancient Piemontese grape grown exclusively in the Tortona area; its aromatic profile recalls Riesling, with structure and minerality reminiscent of Burgundy.
Tasting notes
Golden colour, with aromas of elderflower, talc, sweet almond, pear and vanilla. Intense, fresh, dry and spicy on the palate, ending on notes of bread crust.
Pairs well with
Aristocratic and intriguing like no other wine, it pairs beautifully with risotto with frog's legs.
