Bric dei Banditi
By Franco M. Martinetti, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
Bric is Piemontese for a steep drop, and the Banditi were the daring, romantic outlaws of legend; the wine is made from Barbera, Piemonte's most widely planted grape.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red with garnet transparency; a vinous, delicate nose with faint hints of cherries in spirit, and a young, powerful body without harsh edges.
Pairs well with
Suited to accompanying an entire meal in style.
