Tasting notes
Color: brilliant straw yellow. Extremely fine perlage. Nose: scents of yeast and bread crust, sweet notes and fresh fruits aromas. Taste: dry, complex, long finish.

- Soft pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels. 9 months on fine lees with several batonnages, followed by around 48 months of bottle refinement on the lees. Traditional Method sparkling wine.
