Tasting notes
Color: pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Fine perlage. Nose: intense, fragrant, fresh apple aromas followed by the characteristic scent of bread and yeast. Taste: dry, fresh and elegant.

As aperitif, mortadella, fried baby squids and anchovies, steamed prawn
