Chardonnay has been present in Piedmont since the first half of the 1800s, thanks to Filippo Asinari, Count of San Marzano. Monteriolo showcases this heritage with the soil and microclimate ideally suited to the variety.
Tasting notes
Color: brilliant straw yellow. Nose: tropical fruity notes like pear and banana. Taste: enveloping, round, balanced with a bright and fresh acidity.

Fresh egg pasta with porcini mushrooms, stewed rabbit, pinzimonio vegetables
