Barolo del Comune di La Morra
By Coppo, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Coppo has been producing Barolo since the fifties of the twentieth century. Because of this tradition, Coppo is among the few wineries allowed to vinify Nebbiolo grape to become Barolo outside of the wine's strict production area.
Tasting notes
Color: garnet red. Nose: elegant notes of rose and violet, aromas of red berries and grapefruit, hints of licorice. Taste: linear, clean and precise. Soft and silky tannins with long and persistent aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Beef shank, roasted beef shoulder, lamb
