Natusia is Colombo's Metodo Classico Piemonte DOC Brut, a blend of 60% Pinot Nero and 40% Chardonnay aged at least 12 months on the lees.
Tasting notes
Bright, crystalline straw yellow with green highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet opens with white flowers such as acacia and daisy and crisp white fleshed fruit, moving into toasted almond and acacia honey. On the palate it is elegant, savoury and mineral, with a long finish of ripe mandarin, pineapple, apple, pear, toasted bread and almond.

Pairs easily with a wide range of dishes; suited to an aperitif or through the meal.

- Vinification
- Gentle pressing, static clarification of the free-run must, then alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (13 to 14°C) in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation follows the Metodo Classico in bottle for about 50 to 60 days in Colombo's cool underground cellars, then a minimum of 12 months on the lees before release.
