Tasting notes
Bright garnet red. Complex, intense notes of violet and wild roses with ripe blackberry and tart cherry, then liquorice, dried spices and freshly ground black pepper with a hint of oak. Medium to full body, dry, warm and smooth, with great acidity, low tannins and pleasant minerality.
Pairs well with
Game, roast meats, beef stew with herbs and spicy dishes.
